    How to get started

    Hey. I've spent a few hours on this site and I'm not real sure where to begin. I want to start taking something, but not real sure what. I'm pretty big already and like to run, so I don't want to add much weight. I'd like to get harder and leaner, so I was thinking a cycle of Trenbolone and Winstrol . Any suggestions?

    do more research, with winy and tren as a first cycle, you are heading for disaster...

    ive always been a firm believer of using test as a base. learn as much as you can about each individual compound. we also would like to know ur stats. age weight experience and so forth. and u cannot ask for sources here.
