Diet:
Breakfast: apple, yogurt, granola and eggwhiteschange granola and apple to 60g oatmeal mixed with water, use artificial sweetener and cinnamon for taste
snack: peanuts/banana chipsno carbs and fats in same meal either pro/carb or pro/fat, take out the banana chips, they are just concentrated sugar and add 5oz of sweet potato and 200g of lean chicken breast
Lunch: baked chicken, veggies/ pasta / roast beefchange pasta to whole wheat pasta and eat in moderation, no more than 40carbs worth from pasta
snack: fruit/veggies/nutsscrap the meal, eat tuna, lean beef, chicken(white), or turkey(white), and add 10g of fish oil
Dinner: light meat, veggies/ rice/ beans(very little to no carbs before bed unless you train right before dinner, eat 200g lean beef or 50-60g of protein worth of lean meat and 10g of fish oil
i do approximately an hour cardio daily, hour and a half lifting and some days i have baseball games
