Winstrol/Clenbuterol
Ive been doing a lot of research recently and basically im looking for soemthin that will help me burn some fat and lean down a little more. Ive been looking at clenbuterol and winstrol as fat burners and even pituitary gland hormone, but i need some help deciding what do and how i should carry this out. Im lookin to do a six week cycle. Im 5'11, 220 pounds 20% body fat

winstrol is not a fat burner, just where have you been doing this research?

on this forum, other forums as well, it seemed that winstrol was one of the best things i could use for a fat burner, however i think im leaning towards the clenbuterol , it seems liek the most effective fat burner for about a month and i dont have to worry about the side effects of an anabolic . any help with this? every time i post i never seem to get any help, just get shot down because i dont have years of knowledge. Maybe i should just go as simple as something like lipo 6

maybe because this question is about as common as dbol only cycles. use the search function and you will bring up countless threads on this subject.

and at the same time in this post u just made u couldve easily explained watever it is im missing in countless threads. im tryna burn fat and wondering wat i should use without a risk, wats so broad. i diet and exercise well just have goten to that point where my body has neutralized itself, now i need something to aid me

diet and exercise never "neutralize", though if you do the same things over and over for long periods of time then your body will adapt to them, you should look into changing your diet or possible carb cycling before you jump onto clen
post your diet, i would like to see it

Winstrol wont burn fat.... if youare lookin to lean down, i'd recommend this:
-check out diet in the diet forum, there is so much information there on how to eat for your body
-check out the workout forum because a better work out will burn more fat
-do cardio... alot of it...
-FIRST MAYBE use a otc fatburner, such as hydroxycut or lipo-6, i have had good success w/ hyrdroxydut hardcore...
-if you are still struggling, look at the clen .... thats it, no AAS for you yet... if u get down to about 15% bf then if u want to u can look at a cycle...

if u read above my body fat is 20 percent dickhead, not 89 and sorry i dont spend my life reading this forum, im just tryna get some extra help.
Diet:
Breakfast: apple, yogurt, granola and eggwhites
snack: peanuts/banana chips
Lunch: baked chicken, veggies/ pasta / roast beef
snack: fruit/veggies/nuts
Dinner: light meat, veggies/ rice/ beans
i do approximately an hour cardio daily, hour and a half lifting and some days i have baseball games

My bad, it just got on my nerves. Umm for instance today i ran for about a half an hour, just laps and sprints. Did jump rope for 15 minutes, then ran up and down stairs for 15 minutes. I lift usually towards the end of the day/night around 6-8. Wen i lift i usually do bench, rows, curls, military press, overhead pulldown, and other days do squats and leg press and things for legs with weights. And about 4 nights a week im catching for 7 innins playing baseball

put one of the pro/carb meals before your workout and one afterwards
your breakfast should be pro/carb
restrict the amount of carbs you eat at night, though eating carbs after your workout is fine as when your body is depleted of glycogen(which is stored in the liver and muscles and is used as their fuel during anaerobic activity like weight lifting)any carbs taken in will go towards filling up muscle glycogen stores and will only be stored as fat once said glycogen stores are filled up.

thank you, both pieces of information were very helpful, i think i am going to change my diet and increase my cardio for a few weeks along with lipo 6 and if i dont get results then maybe try clen , definately staying away from winny thogh. thank you
