    Searching For Something That Produces

    What's up fellas, first post. Alright I'm 19 and have some questions, don't worry I'm not looking to do roids at my age(even though it's tempting lol). I'm in good shape, not amazing, but good. I'm roughly 200lbs 12-13%bf. I understand there is no miracle pill and diet is key, but what would the closest thing available to steroids be that's safe, yet effective? I'd like to find something to help me put on another 10 lbs and get my bf% in single digits. Like I said, in no way am I looking to get into gear at my age, but nontheless I'd like to find a supp that actually works. The basics such as protein, creatine, etc just aren't cutting it. Appreciate any suggestions, thanks fellas.

    you're too young for pro hormones so there is nothing really that you can take that is 'similar' to steroids.

    keep training hard for another 2 years and then you can start up.

    Eat, eat, then eat some more. You have to put it in your stomach to get it to your muscles. You'll gain some fat, but at 19 you shouldn't have any problem getting rid of it. You should shoot for 400gms of protein per day. Hard, i know but this is why they make powders. Creatine should be a staple as well. I can't help with any new products on the market as i don't use them, but i'm sure others will help you with that. Food is our best friend. Good luck man.

    no2 and creatine are really the only options. They sell 600 different shades of sh*t at GNC but I dont know what the hell any of it actually does.

    at 6'00, I was able to hit 210 on creatine and no2. And personally I dont see what the hell taking 400 gms of protein a day is going to do for you. There is no way that youre liver is going to be able to process that much its just going to be turned into fat.

    But yes sadly juice isnt the way that you want to get yet because your body is still naturally growing towards homeostasis.

    6-oxo does increase test but i dont think you're going to get a lot out of it as far as weight and muscle gain.

    What about a test booster? I know my levels are already high, but I've heard of people my age making nice gains from them. Also things like hmb, ecty, would they be effective? My main goal is to get shredded, but I want to be heavier then I am now as well as being ripped. Doing endless cardio and starving yourself can't be the only answer.

    in my experience otc test boosters are garbage

    actually you will not get ripped at all starving yourself and doing endless cardio, though you will succeed in losing alot of your hardearned muscle

    as for natural test boosters, activaTe extreme is a good one, at least from what i have read from some of the mods/vets on here, i have not used it, nor have i used prohormones or AS so i doubt have much experience in that area

    post your diet, i bet a couple tweeks will help it, and maybe starting you on a carb cycling routine

    Don't really have a set diet, I eat pretty good during the week, and during the weekends I do some splurging.

    having a consistent diet will change things dramatically.

    NO2 black made me swell up decently, although i only gained like 5 lbs... i still got some decent strength off it...
    u should check out the supplement forum and see whats good and what not...
    u can look into gettin:
    protein
    multivit
    creatine
    bcaa
    nitrogen booster (no2 black)
    drink alot of water

    with a diet heavy in protein, be sure to drink alot of water and maybe look into some milk thistle... (esp if u drink)

    as for your diet, check out the diet forum, u need to eat right to grow right, so be sure to get that down... as foranything else... best of luck! just work hard!!

    Appreciate the responses, I'm really leaning towards a t booster to help assist me though. I've read some good things about activate xtreme and the massfx/hyperdol stack. With all these supps, something has to work.

    i personally think the money would be better spent going to amazon . c o m and buying some books on diet like Macrobolic Nutrition and Nutrient Timing, once you KNOW your diet is perfect than proceed with the supplements if you still feel that they are necessary, though i bet you will find that they are not

    Prohormone- Kinda sorta designer steroid?

    I'm not sure what the technical classification for Prohormones is , but I have done two 30 day cycles of s-drol and had good results. They require a fair amount of ancillaries to control bp, lipid balance, ect. Also, most are methylated now days so dosage and duration is a consideration, as well as a good PCT. I used liqui-nolva on the first cycle and recovered quickly. On the second cycle I had much less side effects and elected to just use the pct that Fast Action sells, it was good enough to get me jump started on that cycle. You will certainly have to evaluate that aspect for yourself as well as dosage and stack. I did 20mg of s-drol, and 10mg d-stianozol on my first cycle with ancillaries, and felt like a gorilla.
    I did 20mg of s-drol, 10mg of d-stianozol and 10mg of Trena on my second and felt it less, but am still happy with the results.
    One thing to consider is that these are hard on your liver and should be used wit h due care. All in all I'm happy with their results, they are legal and easy to get, and cheap. Having said that, I think I'm done messing around with them though.

    Chief, I'm glad to see an intelligent post from someone your age. I personally haven't found any miracle supp yet; and creatine just made me sick. Do whatever you can with diet and workout for now. There's some great diet info in that forum that should help you reach your current goal. Looking pretty good so far! Good luck.

    I swear by BSN CELLMASS. All my lifts went up substantially while being on it.
