    Calories and breakouts on cycle

Ok, I finally nailed down issues w/ source. So I will be getting my 1st cycle tomorrow.

Currently, the OTC supps I use are:

    - whey

    - BCAAs

    - Creatine

    - multi V

Do I need to keep any of the above or is some it waste? I am thinking the creatine would be a waste, but the whey and multi seem like a definite keep. What about the BCAAs?

I know I need to be eating a good amount of cals/ protein. How much is good, what is not enough. I weigh 240lb, right now.

And what about breakouts and stretch marks. Anything to do to head these off?

30, but age isn't a factor as long as ur over 21, tho, right?

    5'10"

bf%, dunno, but I could lean out after bulking over the winter. I would look better at 230

yea, I got a little bit of luv handle going on over the winter, since I did a little bit of a dirty bulk ( I like choc cake)

but yea, I got good stats, I more powerlift, but still like to look good and not just be a fat POS.

about 340 on the bench (had a CNS burn out going on & had to lower my intensity for a while, then got some tendonitis in my shoulder, so my training blew for about 2 mos), 370-ish squat and 460 DL..

but I still do some bodybuilding stuff, I kinda just think going heavy will help w/ mass..

I was over 18" arms before I had to back off, then lost about 1/4 - 1/2".

    55" shoulders, 48 1/2" chest, 14" forearms, but I haven't measured lately.

cool, I hear some ppl are more prone to it than others & since I used to break out in my teens, I wanted to be prepped if I am pre-disposed
