Effects on heart?

Im a 40 yr male used a couple cycles in college and was wondering when i needed to look for side affects such as enlarged heart or irregular beats if using hgh and anavar trying to cut this belly fat im using 2ius hgh every other day and 40 mg anavar thanks i have history of high lipids and borderline high blood pressure any tips appreciated just dont want to do any damage

you dont do juice and hgh to cut bellyfat................diet &cardio...............

i was on lexapro antidepressant for 2 yrs caused me to gain 40lbs ive been off for 4 months now and diet and cardio are not getting it off thats why i went with this combo
