Meal 3:
½ cup Oatmeal
2 cans TUNA
2 Tbsp Mayo light
Meal 4:
10mL flax oil
2 can TUNA
2 Tbsp Mayo light
Meal 5:
10mL fish oil
2 cans Tuna
3.5 Tbsp Mayo light
Meal 6:
2 cans Tuna
3.5 Tbsp Mayo light
beef/ chicken
Looking for right around 3000 cal.
With 300 plus g of protein
200 carbs with about 100 in fat.
Am I off ... did I miss anything.... for reference .. I like to eat tuna
