    Question what steroid should i use?

    question is what type of steroids is recommended for some one whos new to it and is pill base

    You need to post up your stats, and then do a lot of research. D-bol cycles are usually frowned upon btw.

    Cod, before you do anything bro you need to read the rules. We do not discuss lab names. But the stuff you are talking about is NOT real Dbol . Post your stats and then read, read, and read some more. Judging by your post, I am gonna take a shot in the dark and tell you, you are know where near ready for Steroids . Start with a diet, good training and then in a while you might wanna consider gear

    ah sorry about that did not mean to do that and well i have bin working out and pushing my self with out thinking of the use of steroids but l8tly i just havent seen any change and a few friends of mine i havent seen in a few months are just ript but i think youre right tjm i might need to read up on it thx

    i hit a plateau at the 1 1/2 year mark. changed my diet, huge gains.

    pictures of yourself? plus the above info?

    how long have you been training?

    another thing. don't judge YOUR progress based on that of others. every single BODY is different. what works for me - may not for you, and vice versa. it will take time to tune it in for what works for you.

    before anyone else says it...head on over to the diet area of the forum... i made some small changes lately with the advice of others, and the reading i've done... very solid info

    well im 23 5/6 bin at it for 9 1/2 months i work out mon-thur and then on sat each week i was 200 and now down to 185 but as i wrote i cant seem to see any results l8tly im not eating any fats sodas or anything all i eat i steam or just cook by its self chiken and and so and well after seeing my friends i was not sure if u should go in to using any gear and my apalagies if i come of as a such a noob

    First thing you should look at is your diet and your workout routine...
    how many calories a day do you eat? are you consuming atleast 185g's of protein?
    and whats your lifting routine like? what do you do for sets and reps?
