my ankles are fat as hell

yea my ankles are ten times as huge. its not swollen eithor. not sure what it is. it might be water? does anyone no what this cold be?

my ankles got a bit swollen when I was on dbols. I think it was mostly water retention.

my cycle was 1-4 weeks d-bol quit in week 3 cause of back
1-12 weeks of test e at 750 a wk, lowerd too 500mg at week 7.
was up 30lbs in 6 weeks and havent moved a pound since.
im finishing wk 9 right now

this acutally happened to me one time it went away when i was done my cycle.

also can someone update me on this test flu thing cause im sick as hell right now. my nose is stopped up and i sneez all damn day too. thanks guys

Sound like allergies. elivate your feet to a point higher than your head when you rest it should help a bit with the kankles

Do you have any medical problems that were pre-existing before doing this cycle? High BP, Hrt problems, or lower extrimity edema? You need to watch your sodium intake and you could take a diuretic at a low dose. Also, you could be drinking to much fluids.
