Can you pin this part of your quad?

can u pin area 4 of the quad as seen in the pic?



i already pin area 2, near the top and a bit to the side as most people but what about area 4? close to the kneecap?

i have some of the biggest tear drops ive ever seen(4)/......and if i shot id never touch them w/ a needle...ouch

For me, the lower i go=more discomfort. I stay high and to the side.

Yes you can shoot it just fine. I've always shot #1 though, as the thought of #4 just makes me cringe for some reason.

you can. ppl usually find it more painful. not sure why. but i stick to the top and side of the quads.

I would stay as far up and to the outside as i could, where you are talking about could be pretty painfull!

Personally I have found a few good spots to inject on the quads. The outside part has a large area I can inject as well as the top section. I guess I am lucky I have only hit veins 2 times ever.

area 2 is where you are suppose to pin quads. the middle of the vastus lateralis. if you separate the outter quad into the thirds hit the middle.

All my quad shots have been in area 2 , hit a few nerves along the way but its all good.

ive had a few bros that shot there but from what they said and how they were walking it is very painful post injection!

I use all four head of the quad, this gives me 8 sites between both........ some of the sites were a bit sore at first, but i find all new injections sites to be uncomfortable the first couple.....after that it is smooth sailing.....
