Why does my calf hurt so much??

Is it the Clen ? I've been on this cycle (my 1st) for a week and a half now. by the 3rd day, I started experiencing pain in my left calf. I have a high thresh hold for pain, so I'm not being a little wuss here, it truly is painfull! It happens every single evening, around the same time, like clockwork. It lasts anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes, maybe longer, but I always make myself go to sleep so I don't notice it anymore.

Is this common with Clen? I read somewhere that you can cramp up without enough fluids while cycling clen, but I have been drinking enough water.

it may be the clen and yes u need plenty of fluids. your not dehydrated ur losing electrolytes so u need more than plain water. try half gatorade and half water combo and see if that helps.

take some taurine, 5g a day as well as upping your water intake.

clen depletes taurine production in the liver which causes the cramping

I think it happens around the same time because I take my clen at the same time every day.

    Here is my schedule of dosing;

    Day 1- 60mg
    Day 2- 60mg
    Day 3- 60mg
    Day 4- 80mg
    Day 5- 80mg
    Day 6- 80mg
    Day 7- 100mg
    Day 8- 100mg
    Day 9- 100mg
    Day 10- 120mg
    Day 11- 120mg (today)
    Day 12- 120mg
    Day 13- 100mg
    Day 14- 80mg

I split them into 3 doses, one at 8:30 am, then at 12:15 pm, and finally at 4:00 pm.

I take a multi-vitamin, which has potassium, but I guess it's not enough. I don't want to add Gatoraide, it's not gonna go well with my diet, but I will check out this powderaide stuff if it's carb and sugar free.

    Thanks for the input.

Love bananas! And it is true about oral multi-vitamins, but it's kinda hard to eat all that in regular food. Is there a way I can main line them? Like b12 shots with other vitamins in there?!

Taurine is essential 2 grams a day should do it. It's cheap too.
