Cycle And Thailand

Hey there!
I'm new to the forum so hi to everyone. I'm looking for some advice on the following 10 week cycle:
* 400mg Bolde wk 1-10
* 250mg Sust wk 2-9
* 20mg/day Anavr wk 6-10
PCT
*2500ui hcg wk 11
*5000ui hcg wk 12
I am 31yo 75kg and my goal is to gain btwn 5 and 7kg. I've done 2 cycles in the past long time ago, around 2 or 3 years ago. My questions are:
1. Comments about this cycle.
2. Would it be necessary to take Nolva? How many and for how long?

pct needs improvement, adding nolva and aromasin would be a good choice

taking HCG without an anti-estrogen is crazy. You'll further set back your HPTA. Def use the nolva and throw some clomid in there. I also prefer the On Cycle method for HCG.

I agree! and what does this have to do with Thailand?

I'll try the Thailand part again in a better way.

I'm going to Bangkok for a few days, never been there before, what I want is to get the Bolde and Anavr there. How hard would it be to find these two? As a tourist can I just go into any pharmacy and purchase them?

About the PCT how many Nolva and clomid would be recommended?
