first cycle unsure about dbol on weekends

hi guys im new here, looking to do my first cycle ive been researching a lot and have come up with test e and dbol cycle- dbol for the first 4 weeks test e for 10 weeks. one thing i cant seem to find anywhere which is a bit of a silly thing is whether i need to take the dbol on the days im not training so basically friday, saterday and sunday- if so do i take the same dose i take on days i train or shall i take a half dose? im going to do 20mg per day for 4 weeks. thanks for any helpful and knowledgable replys.

in one word yes take it one the days youre not trainin...keep your levels stable bro..but i know you really dont want to do it so you can drink on the weekends...also thats a bad idea to do while youre on dbol

thanks for the reply, i have been researching for a good few months now and its ongoing which is why im asking this right now lol just want to make sure im doing everything as well as i can. now i think i just need to learn a little more about aromitize ive heard a fair bit about it and its starting to sound essential. also is taking accutane during a cycle safe i cant find much about that either. thanks lads

Dbol has a very short active life of 6-8 hours. So by NOT taking it you are dropping your blood/hormone levels which will increase sides and most likely not recieve the gains you wants.

This is what I did when I was on dbols. Training days 25mg. Off days 20 mg. Then with those couple left over pills on the off days, I stacked them on to my chest and arm days. Dont know if its a smart Idea, but it seemed to have worked for me.

D-Bol IMO should be run at least at 30mg a day

thanks for all the help ill definitely do more reasearch i want to be as safe as possible and get the maximum from my cycle. ill let you know how im getting on and see if you agree with my final idea for the cycle when i feel like ive learnt enough to start. going to try and get an avatar sorted aswell lol

3 times a day? im only planning on taking 20mg a day was going to do 10mg 2 hours before training and 10mg an hour after training then 250 of test e on monday and 250 on thursday any good?

nah i know my knowledge is nothing compared to a lot of you guys just keen to learn and do the right thing... what would you suggest instead??? thanks

ok guys i appreciate the kind words and the help i guess ill go and think about starting any cycle at all it may be foolish to use whilst im under 21 i guess- more long thinking for me to do lol
