Hey guys - my first (and most likely not last) post on this site.
I read enough posts to know the basic rules of this forum.
A little about myself...
I have never used anything stronger than creatine in the past but am looking for a little boost. I am currently 180, 6'3. I am not looking to get huge, just get rid of the gut and get up to around 185 by the end of the summer.
My friend recommended getting win, which I plan on doing. I was going to go on for 5 weeks, then off for 5 weeks. Any thoughts?
Food plan:
Surf
breakfast: protein shake, cereal
snack: oatmeal
lunch: sandwich
snack: protein bar
Lift
dinner: chicken/vegi
snack: protein shake
I was planning on lifting 4 days / week. Surfing 5 days/week and taking 2 days off.
Thoughts?
