Hey guys just a quick question i mentioned to my sister who just turned 42 about clen to help her drop some weight she is alweays active and has for years been a health food buff, she just has my moms bad genes small waist but big legs and butt. she runs, uses a tread mill and has three young kids so she is active. question is i know about sides but anybody have any tips for her she wants to try some to help her lose weight should i just tell her to follow normal doses for a chick and then if she gets to many sides to back off dosage. any help would be great thanks.
