couple months ago I started my first cycle, Omnadren 500 mg/w and deca phenylpropionate 250/w.

now my cycle is test E and Deca Nandrolondecanoate, 500mg E/w and 375mg deca/w. i'm in week 4 now.

a friend of mine told me that I should not use the same gear tow times in arrow, is that right? should I use something else tahn deca and test e?

You can use the same gear more than once, but most bump up the dosage.

Why do you want to do a yr long cycle?

well, because i want to get the best results out from deca . it's has a long act ester, and i read on it's profile that deca should be used for at least 12 weeks.
