    Deca/Sust Cycle question

I have 10 cc sust 250 and 14 cc deca 300. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what would be a good cycle for the gear I have. Also what to do for PCT I have 20 50mg clomids will I need any nova for gyno do I need more clomids? Shoold I even worry about gyno being a problem with sust? Currently I workout 5 day a week should I turn up the frequency on cycle?

I've been lifting for 9 years. I did deca cycle last year jan-Mar. I'm eating 6-7 times a day I recently changed the time I train from mid afternoon to mornings. I just can't seem to put on any mass...

Let me rephrase that. What am I missing and does anyone have any suggestions for a cycle of the gear that I have. Maybe frontloading the sus and then a deca cycle?
