Eq and tendon injuries
I read in another section that eq also strengthens tendons and prevents tendon injuries. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience of this. As it is similar to deca does anyone think it may alleviate any injuries ?

Unlikely to bolster tendons much
I have'nt really considered it much like deca - although they are both more mild they are different.
EQ does boost RBC production so in essence it does play a role in bringing more nutrient and oxygen to tissues. So to some degree it may assist inadvertently with your tendons but I would imagine in a limited degree.
