Question Accurate, simple answer if poss...how does test c/e when used correctly bulk you up?

Hi,I'm looking for a simple but accurate answer here, apart from increasing test levels thus giving more power hence more muscle...how do test c or e bulk you up?.

I am kind of guy who likes to know why something gives me results, how it is working so I can work with it.Descriptions on net, forums are still not really in layman's terms and that is what I am looking for.

Thanks in advance for any help.

ok the simplest way to put it is that it increases nitrogen retention in the muscles to help with growth and repairing of your muslces. now there is more to it then that but you wanted a simple answer and thats about as simple as it gets.

You have to add some building blocks, like a great diet, 1 to 2 gallons of water intake daily, supplements in moderation and rest, as well as desire.

".... Testosterone sends a message to muscle cells to store more contractile protein (called actin and myosin); glucocorticoid hormones send the opposite message. In addition, Testosterone has the ability to increase erythropoiesis (red blood cell production) in your kidneys(9), and a higher Red Blood Cell (RBC) count may improve endurance via better oxygenated blood. More RBCs can also improve recovery from strenuous physical activity."
