Liquidex how to dose???

Ok I am starting my Liquidex tests on my lab rats. I was told to administer .25mg ED. Its in a spray bottle and I am not sure how to administer the proper dose. For example how much does 1 spray =? Or should I use an oral syringe to be more exact on dosing? Thanks

Nm I just got it in the mail, on the site it was a spray bottle but it came with an oral syringe
