    t3 question please help

    hi guys i have liquid t3 and i plan to take it along with clen , im wondering how many times daily i should dose, Once int he morning or should i take it 2-3 times per day?

    im starting out at 50 mcg working up to 125 mcg.

    you can just take t3 once per day. the clen needs to be spread out into two dosages.
