don't think it's gyno, just fat

get your diet and cardio in order before you pop the clen , otherwise it'll all be for nothing

alright well as for diet, how does this look?

Wake up, take clen , sleep a bit more, make food, approx. an hour after taking clen, do 20-30 minutes of cardio on empty stomach

    Meal one:
Tuna, half slice of cheese, 7" whole wheat bun, light mayo, some onions/tomatoes
40 Gs of protein, 20 grams of carbs, 10 grams of fat 335 calories

    Meal two:
Tuna, half slice of cheese, 7" whole wheat bun, light mayo, some onions/tomatoes
40 Gs of protein, 20 grams of carbs, 10 grams of fat 335 calories

    Meal three:
Salmon, Veggies, and a couple small potatoes
dont know exact macros, but its a solid meal,

Get off work, go straight to gym

    Meal four: Protein Shake
30 Grams of protein, 0 carbs, 180 calories, cant remember the fat, but its low

    Meal 5:

Lean Sliced Turkey Breast on 4" bun a bun with light mayo and a half slice of cheese:

25 Gs Protein (guessing), 13 carbs, 8 grams of fat, 300 calories

just abit of knowledge if you didnt know..
you dont start burning fat until after you have been doing cardio for 20 minutes, so if u only do 30 in total, you will only do 10 mins of fat burning.

    goodluck with the weight loss

from what ive read yea, for the first 20 or so minutes your body is burning off all the glucose from your liver and muscles and when that exhausts itself it starts burning fat.
ofcourse High intensity training would most likely burn all the glucose faster.
thats why i keep it safe and do 40-50 minutes of high intesity cardio maintaining around 170ish heart rate.

he's talking about high-intensity interval cardio.... alternate cycles of sprinting followed by active rest... which recruits and exhausts the muscle fibers, creating an anabolic effect and raising body temp for a couple of hours even after workout to promote fat loss.

you're talking 4-50 minutes of continuous high intensity @ 170 HR... that may help with your stamina but is way outside the optimal fat burning zone. You'll be resorting to anaerobic respiration and end up burning muscle along with the fat!!!
