Gents, ive been on the ECA stack for sometime and want to start a Clen cycle. Should i do the Benadryl for a week then start my Clen, or just stay off everything for 2 weeks then start? Will the Benadryl upregulate my receptors from ECA?

yes it will upregulate your receptors from eca. just use your benadryl every third week. if this week is a week you should be using benadryl then use it. if not then its fine to jump right over into a clen cycle.
ive been on ECA continually for a while. So only a week on Benadryl at 50mg a day is sufficient before going to Clen?

update: ive been on clen for a week now. Ive lost about 5lbs off the scale and am up to 100ml a day. Heres the question... i thought my body temp should be up. I checked it a couple of days in, first thing in the morning. ITs at normal body temprature according to google. about 36.5 degrees, even after a dose it didnt seem to flucsuate.I split my doses and my second dose doesnt give me the kick like im used to feeling. IF it should be up, then i need to throw in a week of benadryl, to ensure my receptors are good and not have any lingering from the ECA. Thoughts?
Physiologically speaking beta-agonists ONLY elevate body temp by percentage points, Eph around 5-6%, and Clen near 15% or 3x as strong thus neither should change thermometer mercury or your ACTUAL temperature.
However when assessing temp normalcy, something that works better for T3 usage, it's best to take your temp at the same time of day (preferably upon rising to reduce confounding variables) for about a week to establish a sound baseline from which to monitor change.
I'm also assuming you meant 96.5 and not the cited 36.5, but even that would be significantly lower than average human temp which is more like 98.6, so ditch that website. But normalcly varies with the individual meaning some run hotter or colder than others.
Lastly, as mentioned by Nate, don't worry about residual Eph effects as Clen is essentially Super Eph, i.e. a stronger version of a near identical product. If you feel the need to take Benadryl then go ahead it won't hurt you, but after doing so try being more cognizant of your body (energy, alertness, warmth, etc.) as well as how long your dosage seems to last. Once you become more aware of your body's response to fresh/upregulated receptors, your discernment with regard to Benadryl administration will improve.

Gotcha con the temp conversion, but you lost me on the Var to Winny conversion. What do you mean "...so I don't waste muscle while cutting"? Neither will permit such loss, and frankly speaking Var would be a better choice due to its multi-faceted and genuine fat loss properties.Quote:

Understood, however this too is unnecessary as Clen doesn't have catabolic properties, maybe you're confusing it with T3 a drug that warrants this aas accompaniment. If anything the opposite is true with Clen as it has been proven to yield very mild anabolic effects with continuous use around the month and half/two month period. A trait that makes its proper administration (continuously) a good pct addition, but it's also superb during and between cycles as well.
with Benadryl on week 3, do stop taking Clen? or just add Benadryl at bedtime?
