    coming off need help

    i am coming to the 3rd week since my last and the end of my cycle i have heard to take my clomid 2 weeks after and i have herd to take it 3 weeks after wich is it and do i want to start doing high reps low weight or stick with high weight. I dont want all this to turn into fat any sugestions

    It depends on what you cycled. Take your clomid when the roids you cycled are no longer "active" in your body. For example--->Deca takes 3 weeks to kick in, therefore logic suggests that it takes 3 weeks after the last shot for it to "go away." In this case you would take clomid 3 weeks after your last deca shot. Find the half life of the steroid which is active in your body the longest and dose your clomid accordingly. Also, you may wish to lift a little bit lighter. This way you wont overtrain or hurt your muscles. Give them some time to recover.
