opinions vary, but IMO - site injections do not do much other allow for the muscles to swell, once the AS discipates the swelling goes down and you are back to square one
i thought someone told test cipinate was good for targeting.... just a myth?

i agree, but i don't think he will get the results in growth that he believes will come from site injections, now for your ass - if that is where you continually inject say for a 10 wk cycle, switching sides - yeah it will get bigger. smaller muscles like calves delts bi's cannot take the same amount of AS in them as your butt cheeks...Quote:

calves are so easy, you can just sit there and bang the juice is in, im not sure about targeting though, test cyp does not
