I did a search, perhaps too much of a search because i have plenty of responses that are for and just as much against.
One side says do nolvadex it doesnt effect your gains and stops gyno
The other side says dont do it, it hinders gains, have it on hand until you get gyno precursor symptoms and then do some.
I started a 500mg a week cycle about a month ago, getting great gains. Only unwanted sides are acne and bloat. I have some nolva on hand.
Can someone break this down for me please

YEs it does decresease IGF1 levels apparntely which in turn are responsible for muscle growth so that is where it may hinder your gains a bit. I personally run 10mg ED from when i start seeing/feeling sides of gyno and run it all the way thru without issues at all. I have run nolva 10mg from the start all the way thru without issues as well.
hey thanks bud, it just leaves me with the question if i started "feeling" the side effects of gyno and started the nolva, wouldnt I already have irreversible effects?
no they arent irreversible until a ways out just itchiness or sore and puffy nipples or lumps under the nipples are the pre signs thats when the nolva should start and maybee carry some ldex to to be sure your covered if your prone to it
how long do you take nolvadex for? I know its not my thread but since its related PLEASE?
some run it the entire cycle everyday and some not until gyno signs and some just in pct, look at the pct thread and they explain what to take and when with how much of a dose

What if you try Arimidex, I've heard good comments about it.
They claim it's good for the bloating issue.
most run the nolva with arimidex in the pct along with clomid also to knock out bloat and sides they also help keep the gains
