Sustanon Question - Newb :)

Well it looks like I joined the right forum for the info that I need.

I hope to be here for a while!

A couple of questions I would like answered regarding Sustanon-250 and Methandienone 5mg.

I would like to start the both together; I want to start taking 15mgs of Meth'ne, but I'm not sure of how much Sust I can take.

Also, can someone here point me in the right direction regarding diet.

diet forums will help you with diet and everyone will want your stats-age weight,bf% and cycle expierience before they will help you if thats a first cycle you wont like waht they have to say, newbie starter pack has everything you need

generally you take 500mg a week of sust for a first cycle...
