Reading some good info here on Letrozole, let's say one already has an annoying and hard lump behind the nipple for a while, will letro reverse and eliminate this too, or go for an op. to remove it?

It should as long as estrogen is not binding to the receptor site, using letro will help reduce and stop the production of estrogen.

had mucho success with letro for gyno reversal. Used it at first signs though for approx 45 days. sucked but worth it
