starting a cycle of Tes Cyp., proper frontloading?

i wanted to try to frontload some Tes Cyp., but i was unsure how i should break up dosages. origionally before the thought on frontloading i was planning on taking 250mg twice a week. is it better to just do the 500mg in a pin once a week? or to break it up into two pins at 250mg each? i started my cycle yesterday with one 500mg dosage, the next should be 250mg in 3 days right?
