Starting out
Hi,
I am -
- 22years old,
- 73kg,
- spend 6hrs a week in the gym inc 3x5k runs a week,
- and i have a good diet, but could do with starting supliments again. although i didnt notice much difference doing 3 scoups a day in the morning.
Im looking to start out on a small ammount of steroids for the following reasons;
I want to
- gain muscle
- look more defined
Any suggestions?
(oh id rather not inject too)

2 u need to have test in your cycle and it is injectable

before you get started on scoops of anything I suggest you check out the diet section... and do more research bro, you can gain mass with a good diet and no gear but you cant gain mass with gear and a bad diet

1- maximuscle protien
2- is dianabol suitable, as thats orally taken and suggested in some of the beginner cycles
3- been training about 2 years now, and my diet is 4wheatabix for brekkie, 3 chicken sarnies for lunch (brown bread) and my dinner varies (sorry i cant break this down further)

animal gear - not much to be honest, ive had a flick through the forums and you all seemed pretty helpful, soi just thought id ask!
Mr t- to be honest ive got a cousin that tried that approach, ate loads of the right stuff and did all the right shakes, but dosent look as defined as most do on steroids, and id really want to maintain (and improve) the definition i have

wow, ok. Go to diet section before you even begin to look up steroids. Eating those three mystery meals a day is awful bro if you are looking to gain muscle.

get diet in check first test just gives the foundation to build muscle you have to do the rest and right or its a waste
