    I take whey protein whatever is cheap usually like optimum nutrition or md labs stuff. I also take saw palmetto, ephedrine before some workouts.

    also try to be more competitive in pricing, i order from you guys becasue i support the board, but i also search around for better prices and its not too hard to find people with free shipping and 5-10 dollars less than some of your prices...just a suggestion, id definately buy more

    Met RX protein bars, I've bought lots on ebay for less than $1 when I buy 100. I'd definetly buy 100 if they were under a buck each.

    Also like 4lb jugs of Nitro-Tech ($35), because it mixes really well in my shaker, tastes pretty good, and doesn't give me the gas that the cheaper protein powders give me.
