Help !!!
first time on this site hope someone can help, been training for 7-8 years now, i am 38 year old male, trained all different sort of ways kept a eye on my
died best i can, had differnt corses of gear, curently on 1 anapalon pd
400mg deca 500mg sus, canot get pest 14 stone no matter what i do, am 5"6
an just not happy with the results i am getting, i just look i bit bigger than normal, want to look huge, this may be my last attempt at trying, please any help will be greatfully appreciated. HELP PLEASE !!

welcome and i'm with Big check your diet, there is plenty of info here on AR to get you moving in the right direction. Are you getting enough quality calories every day, and what is your daily protein intake, that info will able the guys here to give you more help.

Yeah brother, welcome to the forum.. Great guys here and you should learn a lot. Your diet needs major work brother. Hit the forum (diet) and go from there. Its always the best place to start and as you will see, thats the first place we tell everyone to start. And as for gear, you have to realize that Steroids are not magic pills that make you a monster over night. It takes years of hard work and proper diet. Be patient, learn as much as you can and you will get there. All the best

should i be taking more gear, is 1000mg about right, do you need more the longer your on it (do you become imune), should i go back to basic training
ie squat, dead lift ,row,curl, military, really confused an dont want to give up

5 foot 6 196 lbs is pretty huge to me.
How much weight are you looking to put on?

You have been training for 7-8 years. Perhaps your body has adapted to
your routine.
Switch it up.. try periodization training..every two weeks change your excercises.

would be well happy with another 6-10 lbs want it to look good though, dont seem to be able to get that bodybuilder look, know its a lot to do with the diet lust seem to need more shape, will try your sugestion on training, does feel to me like ive got stuck somehow, wether it be on training,diet or gear, know im doing something wrong but dont know what!!!!!!!!!!

I would also change the time of your protein powder to follow immediately after
the workout..post work out.
You have a 30-45 minute window there to get protein in.
I know it's hard cuz you eat dinner..but it's the best time.

Have been trainin g heavy for the past 5 months have seen some good gains in weight on the bar never benched or squated so much before, have a good training partner, thanks for all advice people, keep it coming, feel a new urge coming on, horrible to hit a sticking point an have no one to turn to for advice, think i have found the people an the place now,

If the scale isn't moving eat more..that diet isn't HORRIBLE but it could use some work...More whole food meals and less shakes. Also it would help tremendously if you knew how many cals youare consuming every day...

depends on alot of things...

no matter how much gear you slam in, it all comes down to all aspects of life.
rest/sleep, proper nutrition, training.
