Approaching my first course.

Stats:

Im approx 6' 2'', 23 years old, 100kg , 220 lbs, approx 10 to 15% bf not checked lately.

training 3 years hard, a further 3 years on and off with college/ sports etc

The course.

Going to run 500mg of test cyp and 500mg of deca durabolin. No Dball.

Dont mind waiting for kick, i like my liver!

During course i will run 0.5 to 1 mg of arimidix if i can get it. If i cant ill use a different aromatizion inhibitor.

Last week of cycle i will begin HCG on the monday. Last day i will have second HCG injection and furtherly the last HCG a week later. I have heard of 3000 IUs been used but i am cautious as these huge doses can permenantly damage the leydig sites i am told. 500ius is reasonable apparently.

I will also switch the arimidex to Clomid at end of cycle and take 100mg for 5 days and 50mg for next 9 days.

50mg test per week with 500mg deca per week?
Personally I feel a first cycle should be test only at around 500mg/week.
I have run deca higher than test, but on the cycle you have listed I would bump the test to 200mg/week, but I would wait and run that for your second cycle.
