How to cycle this prop ?

Hi guys i'd like your opinions on what to do with this gear as how to cycle it, my cousin got his hands on 20ml test prop & 20ml of deca , the thing is he aint got a comp and he's new to these compounds as he usually does deca and sust, i know he can get hold of some sust if he needs to.

How would you guys stack this any help will be greatly appreciated, as i too know very little about using prop in a cycle as i also go for the deca sust or deca test e combo with dianobol kicker.

Well test is test so you take in the same amount of MGs per week. For example
Test P 500mgs/week
Deca 400mgs/week.

Since propionate is a faster ester, you dont have to kick start it like with Enanthate or Cypionate . Meaning you will feel the effect within days versus weeks. Finally you have to pin the prop ED or EOD.

The halflife of the deca is a lot longer then the prop so you will need to run it 3 weeks past the last injection of deca then start PCT

thx guys i'll tell him the verdict, i'm sticking to test e or sust along with my deca as i dont think i fancy painful jabs so frequently lol
