How to cycle this prop ?

Hi guys i'd like your opinions on what to do with this gear as how to cycle it, my cousin got his hands on 20ml test prop & 20ml of deca, the thing is he aint got a comp and he's new to these compounds as he usually does deca and sust, i know he can get hold of some sust if he needs to.

How would you guys stack this any help will be greatly appreciated, as i too know very little about using prop in a cycle as i also go for the deca sust or deca test e combo with dianobol kicker.

Well test is test so you take in the same amount of MGs per week. For example
Test P 500mgs/week
Deca 400mgs/week.

Since propionate is a faster ester, you dont have to kick start it like with Enanthate or Cypionate. Meaning you will feel the effect within days versus weeks. Finally you have to pin the prop ED or EOD.

The halflife of the deca is a lot longer then the prop so you will need to run it 3 weeks past the last injection of deca then start PCT

thx guys i'll tell him the verdict, i'm sticking to test e or sust along with my deca as i dont think i fancy painful jabs so frequently lol
