I currently weigh 213 lbs at approx. 15% bf. I have started to diet and lost about 10 lbs in the last 3 wks. I am going to take 50 mg of t bol daily. Do you think I should start taking it now? or wait another month till I am under 200 lbs and at approx 12% bf? I am looking to harden up and put on some lean muscle NOT bulk.
Also, I have EQ from a previous cycle should I bother adding that in to my 8 wk cycle or just forget about it? I don't want to shut down.
