My friend wants to no that for a first timer with test e if its ok to Front Load?

You will find many opinions regarding front loading. Some do it because it takes Test E 3-4 weeks it really kicks in. Others prefer to use a 4 week dbol kicker to start the results ASAP.
IMHO Tell your friend he needs to wait a couple of more years and put on some more weight.

Sure it's okay, experience (or lack thereof) has nothing to do with increasing a long ester's serum concentrations.

That's an interesting perspective, but you might want to look up some of the actual data on this one. There are numerous documented clinical study graphic depictions on this matter that indicate otherwise, citing not only more rapidly elevated bloodstream concentrations, but also faster results. Some of these citations have been posted in this very forum, of course whether you ascribe to them or not is ultimately up to you!

I'd advise staying with the Test E as it easier to keep blood levels stable, Sust is good choice also but you have to shoot it every other day for best results and to also keep blood levels stable. Ie stable blood levels = less sides, but everyone is different some people can get away with shooting it twice a week but others can't tolerate the flucatating plasma levels and get side effects, thts just my advice, i'd stick with the Test E and maybe bump it up to 500mg shot twice a week Monday & Thursday something like that. As refering to the front loading i usually take 40mg dianibol for 4-5 weeks as a kicker.

front loading works well for me...actually all short esters work best for me..ill never get as good results from test e as i do prop, so i always try using fast acting gear...everyone is different though...if i ever do test e i always use test prop for the first 5 weeks with it or anadrol or d-bol...for eq i front load with tren for 5-6 weeks.

He should front load at the dinner table...lol... But yeah its ok. Still he should get his weight up. Stick with TEST E... If its his first time is better to do every 3.5 days rather than eod of Sus.
Also hes gonna have Vigin muscle and most like some pain in the inject site... Do a search on the forum and it will tell ya what they may feel like and ways to help avoid/deal with new injct sites!
