wks 1-10 Deca – 300mg 1x/w
wks 10-12 Test prop – 100mg eod
wks 1-4 Dbol – 40mg/d
wks 4-11 HCG – 250IU every 3rd day
wks 12 + Clenbuterol HCL 80-140mcg ed 2wk on/off cycles
PCT:
wks 12
100mg clomid
40mg nolva
wks 13-16
50mg clomid
20mg nolva
wks 17
20mg nolva
Is there anything missing from my equation?

I see no point in splitting the deca into two doses 300mg once wk is fine and less holes. You would IMO be better starting your PCT 3 wks after your last deca shot, thats a long ester and deca will take more than 2wks to clear your system, so you might want to drop it at wk 9 or extend the prop by a wk.Quote:

It looks good although I would personally use more deca, the pct is ok but I am under the impression that nolva and clomid serve the same purpose, I am on PCT now and I'm using adex and nolva and hcg. Overall you're good.
i would up the deca to 400-500mgs if this isnt your first cycle then run the test enth up until week 12 and stop the deca week 10. also why not use the prop to kickstart the cycle were it will serve more of a purpose. i would also drop the clomid and replace it with adex or armidexQuote:

It's up to you weather you frontload with prop, but i thought that was the point of the dbol.
most guys frontload with prop but trust me bro when u end with the prop it makes recovery a hell of a lot easier. i wouldnt change a thing. also, nolva is usually used to prevent gyno from the test but not deca the clomid aids in ur recovery and helps ur test levels recover faster. but if u start to see tracers while on the clomid it is best to drop it cause it can be permanent.Quote:
