injection times

hey guys i'm statring my first cycle of sust250 am shooting twice a week was doing monday morning thursday evening BUT!!!! cause i get out of bed to go to work at 3:30 am and i'm normaly a zombie at that time i don't really feel comfortable doing it that early. can i do it mon afternoon and thursday afternoon or sunday morning wednesday afternoon but on that note if i inject sunday should i work out on sunday

Either is fine, it's a long ester and splitting twice a week is good, but you don't have to be exact with the times. You also don't have to work out on injection day, it's personal preference whether you do or not.
