Proscar questions

I am 3 weeks into my first cycle, Test e 500 mg/week, and have noticed some hair loss on my pillow.

After doing some research I've decided to take Proscar (finasteride) 1 mg/day.

I have 2 questions:

1) how long do I take it for? Should I stop at the end of the cycle (end of Test or PCT)?

2) how long will it take to start working? I'm about to order it online and don't know how much to purchase (30/60/90 days).

Also, it will take about 2 weeks to get here. Is this too long, should I try to find it in a store?

Take it while on your cycle to include 2 weeks after your cycle. I wouldn't go more than 1 mg per day

A simple search would provide all the answers you are looking for.

Start it as soon as you get it and run it all the way through PCT. Finasteride begins working immediately but it usually takes a few months to acheive its full effect so you may wish to run it longer.

Whether or not you choose to wait 2 weeks is up to you. It depends on how bad you are shedding. You will not be able to find it in a store as it is a prescription. If you dont feel like waiting talk to your Dr. Most dont have a problem prescribing it.

As a side note - 1mg of Finateride is referred to as Propecia.
- 5mg is Proscar

1mg is all you need

Propercia is very expensive
Proscar is cheaper and all you need is a pill cutter

I dont pay for either. I only use it for research purposes. Know what I mean jelley bean?

When you say 1mg is all you need, do you mean 1mg of Proscar as well, or only Propecia?

Yes to both, 1mg. Proscar comes in 5mg so you will have to get a pill cutter which means you will be taking 1 1/2mg which you will be fine.
