well if you are on anything that runs through the liver you put it into overdrive your system has enough of a time stabilizing the juice let alone alcohol especially if they are both in the blood at the same time it doesnt seem like it would be very wise
beer and juice dont go well together... vodka mixes much better.

Vodka? I thought that was more harsh for the liver?

its not only that. alcohol also has a very negative effect on metabolism in general.

Never was a fan of Alcahol in the first place. Have a couple now and then but it's rare.
If you're going to go on a cycle and commit to doing it properly, just lay off the booze. Why eat properly, hit the gym all week and then worry about getting plastered on Saturday night? If you're referring to two or three beers one night a week, it probably won't kill your cycle. But anything more than that and maybe you should put off the gear until you're ready.
No offense. I liked to run around and party in my single days, too. But you have to put a lot of the good things in life aside of you're cycle is to be a success. Pizza may be king, but not during those 12 weeks.
And once you train yourself to stay away from the crap and see how well your body responds, you will continue those practices even between cycles. It becomes second nature.
Lastly, but definitely not in importance is the effect to your liver during a cycle. Oral gear is even worse. Alcohol will not mix well with your cycle. Best to keep it on the shelf, so to speak.
in moderation it is fine. just having a beer at dinner or something like that is not going to effect your gains. but going out on weekends and getting plastard is not a good idea.Quote:
