    What dosage of asprin would anyone recommend??

    ive used 325 and 81 and didn't notice a difference. the reason i dropped to the baby asprin is b/c i was taking it everyday...

    Yea I am takin it everyday 2-3x a day with the caffeine and ephedrine

    Not sure my trainer ordered it and split it with me but i know its good cause he is in all kinds of competitions and is like 4% BF. He just won first place this weekend

    Good answer, the traditional single dose formula is:
    E = 25-30mgs
    C = 200mgs
    A = 100mgs (or 81mgs for baby asp)
