Glutes are the least painful for me. Sometimes I don't even feel it. That's strange that test e caused you pain. What size needle you use?

actually test e in both the glutes and delts has left me in a bit of pain for a least a day or two, sometimes more, i have been told by a few people that for whatever reason test e is usually a painful recovery

I would use the glutes, also. Draw a plus sign, top right half.

Test E should be painless. Most people will have pain from Test Prop. Everyone is different tho I guess.

Glutes and quads, also delts if you are so inclined. Stay away from forearms IMO.
