well how long you wanna run it for? Deca is most affective when used for 10+ week cycles.
Sus has prop in it so you don't really need a huge kickstart.

160lbs is kinda low, make sure you have a proper diet with watever you decide to go with.

1-12 weeks 500mg sust shoot eod. that is 143mg per shoot eod. so you need 12ml=6000mg

1-10 weeks 400mg '> deca shoot 2x a week. that is 200mg per shoot monday and thursday. so you need 10 2ml '> vials =4000mg.

1-6 '> Dbol day 50mg

1-10 b-6 day 200mg
