    Schedule Question

    I am completely new to steroids . I am going to use Anvar or var-10 (oxantrione). I know that it is supposed to be taken three times a day. However, I was wondering if anybody had any more information about when it is suppose to be taken in relation to workouts and sleeping? Thanks.

    Firstly, Var-10 is not the anabolic steroid Anavar (Oxandrolone).
    B) Anavar need only be taken twice daily to sustain concentrations, not thrice.
    3) There is no need to schedule it around workouts, as long as its in your system.
    IV) See numeral III above with regard to sleeping as well.

    yeah that var isn't the real deal. if you're worried about getting it in you for preworkout you could just make the doses fit so they'll be taken before your workout, as long as you are pretty consistent for times

    im planning on going 4 var too but my goal is to maintain what ive gained and if I can gain a little more like 2 or 3 pounds it would be great....im a fighter and im trying to make weight so from what i have read i should only take var.....also I dont wana screw myself this would be my first thing and I believe it has very low androgenic activity, so thats why i decided to try it....

    my diet is good...

    my training is good..

    20 in two months and
    6 ft 176lbs...decently lean dont know bf but decently lean

    i also forgot how should i run it.....and if somebody has done it before does it gives you great increases in strength?
