long time reader but new to posting. Stats are
24 years of age 6'2" 200-205lbs prob around 10-12% bf. been liftin since 15. Muay thai Kickboxing for 5 years, jujitsu for 2 started doing crossfit type working out 6 months ago. training 5-6 days a week cross fit in morning followed by jujitsu then kickboxing at night. . Did 2 cycles in my teens including test sus test cyp deca eq. year and half ago ran a 12 week dbol test cyp deca var cycle got up to 225. then last cycle was hgh blue tops for 6 months 4 iu ED with a month of winny in there got pretty cut up. Now my goals are to bulk up atad but mostly get real hard look. cant jump up wieght classes but would like a lil help training all day. id spend all day training if my body could handle it. diet is ok 3-4 square meals, drink 2 myoplex daily and casien b4 bed.
Current cycle.
week 1-10 500 mg test E bi weekly
week 1-10 200 mg EQ BI weekly
week 1-12 60 mg anavar ED
pct 3 days after last anavar
nolv and clomid
hcg if aval. working on it
Wondering how it all looks and what kinda gains ill get. thinking about bumpin up EQ to 400. any sugestions on diet and gear would be appreciated.
