thats what i was doin but dont want 2 diet all my muscle away to be a twig
good diet, and hard working out...
if you lost a noticeable amount of muscle in that short of a time period i would have to guess thats a diet issue. you might just be eating the wrong foods, you could be eating too little, or you may not be eating often enough. diet is the key to weight lose and drugs will always merely be the auxiliary.
go post your diet in the forum and we can all have a look.

if you used gear before, you probebly know you can do a cutting cycle to help you keep musclem and maybe even build some with the right diet to go with it...
