    Help Me Out

    OK been on a cycle of tren mast prop. started clen keto t3 and letro about 5 days ago. and man am i pissed my muscle dissappeard i swear to god. sum bs. so **** i stop the t3 clen and letro today. but wat can i do to get my muscle back asap. im done wtih the tren and got about 4 weeks of prop left running 100mg ed. i was thinking add slin as soon as i can get it. and use that to bridge also. or find sum dbol and try and gain back wat ive lost and fill back out before getting off.


    sorry bout the confusion just got alot of shit in my head right now. being so close to coming off and loseing what feels like everything. thanks for any advice

    you didnt loose muscle from that. You lost water and fat

    that was the plan but sure doesnt just look like water and fat.

    Agreed, it sounds like you are entering a catabolic state, so far you have only lost water,fat and nutrients from your muscles, your looking flat right.
    Get yourself back to an anabolic state or you will start to lose muscle too.

    You shouldnt be holding to much water with tren/mast/prop so i doubt its the water what you have lost, did you adjust your diet when you started the clen/T3/letro? what dosages of T3 are you using and what was your stats before and after you started to lose your muscle.

    i know i should have been getting alot more protien when i started the clen t3. the dosage of t3 was at 20-40mcg. i know i lost fat on my stomach verry fast. for sure. but ur right looking very flat thats y i stoped. and very hard to get a pump. but i hope your right and its no muscle lost.
