seeing gyno before PCT

Finished a light cycle for shoulder rehab

weeks 1-10 200mg test
weeks 1-10 200mg deca

last shot was a week ago. Nipples are puffy and sore. I have nolva and aromasin. which should I start right now to combat the gyno.

Note: I only have enough aromasin for pct but I have enough nolva to run now through pct.

If it’s not bad, then your course of nolva and Aromasin should help out. If the gyno is set in then unfortunately there is noting you can do to completely eliminate it short of having your glands removed.

If you are prone to gyno, next time you cycle on, try using some Arimidex or Letrozol while on cycle.

Begin PCT immediately, and add Nolva 20mgs ED.
People get way too caught up in not wanting to start PCT early, which is not really a problem when planned degradation (cycle discontinuation) is already occurring.

You may want to extend PCT, even if symptoms resolve to make sure you curtail the gyno.
