I really didnt care when I took it, empty or full. But I would figure that it would be better on a empty stomach with a glass of water. I read somewere that grapefruit juice helps medications get absorbed, dont know if it would affect steroids.

I think medications with foods is always best. If you are doing certain recreational drugs, then its good to have an empty stomach so it hits you faster.

grapefruit juice helps all pills absorb better, even xanax or lortabs, anything. I thinks it increases absorption by like 30%

actually you will find that the majority of drugs out there will specifically say not to take with grapefruit juice. some increase absorption with it and some decrease absorbtion with it. its best to take most meds on an empty stomach because there are many food-drug interactions. there is no one blanket statement how drugs should be taken, because it depends on the drug or drug category. but grapefruit juice you will find with many meds will be contraindicated for the drug. i take my meds on an empty stomach unless it says something like , "causes nausea on empty stomach" ya know. you just have to educate yourself about things like that. the internet is great but you can find tons of conflicting info about things too, so you have to use your better judgement at times. this is just one example but kind of give you an idea.
