water retention
been on hrt for about six months now. been liftin good for about three. but lately been lookin kind of watery. oh ya also eat good. your normal shit food,lol thats what i call it. even tho everybody else says healthy qaulity food. cant stand to eat that way but gotta do it. anyways maybe could estrogens be a little high? and what should i do? maybe take letro?

sometimes the ego will try to pass off a high bf as a bloat... put up the pics and trow up the stats.

its definitely worth considering...
not sure that i would take letro to curve a little bloat though... its kinda overkill. if your bf is above 15% i would blame that to be the cause and handle it through diet.

ya would think maybe that to but i eat pretty good. eggs oats in morning apple water, break tuna on wheat teaspoon of mayo grapes more eggs, lunch chiken or steak wich ever was for diner night before, yam , apple before gym protien shake penut butter bagel little juice. and the diner simmilar night before. is this bad?

what you currently eat is one thing... what your bf is currently at is another.
if you think your bf is low enough to have reasonably tight skin, try a low dose of armidex.
