    More/faster gains?

    On Test 450 for week and half now and tren for 1 week. Already working right? But does it work better and more after a couple-few weeks or whatever?

    Drugs of any sort work as soon as reach the appropriate action sites, often at the receptor level. So "yes" they are working, however many drugs require what's called "steady-state" bloodstream/serum concentrations to reach optimal effect. In the case of the anabolic steroids you listed this won't happen for weeks, so "yes" again, they do work better later.
